General Booking Conditions
You are required to send us scan copy of your passport, passport size photo and 50% of the total cost as an advance deposit while booking your trip with us. The deposit amount is not refundable. The balance amount can be paid upon your arrival in Nepal. We reserve the right to cancel your trip if you could not make your payment within the required time.

Risk and Liabilities
All the Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism councils of the respective countries. We are not liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in rules and regulations of the respective country, government restrictions, natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellation or delay, injury, sickness or accident etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such unfavorable circumstances shall be borne by the clients themselves. Thus, sound travel insurance is a must.
Last Minute Booking
We even accept last minute booking. You can book a trip to Nepal only 3 days prior to the trip departure dates. You are obliged to make full payment at the time of booking for last minute booking. Last minute booking is not applicable in case of Bhutan and Tibet trip due to visa processing and international flight issues.
Trip Postponement
Nepal Trip Cancellation
In case you intend to cancel your trip for any reasons, you need to write it to us 15 days prior to your trip departure date. We shall approve it as cancelled only after receiving a valid written notice from the client. If the reason for your cancellation is genuine like injury or serious illness, you can postpone your trip or transfer your booking to another person who meets all the requirements for the trip. However, a fee of USD 250 per person will be charged if you postpone or transfer your trip within 15 days prior to your trip date. As per our policy, the deposit amount is non refundable, therefore, you can utilize the amount to book a trip with us for your next Nepal adventures.
Bhutan and Tibet Tour Cancellation
A valid written notice of cancellation should be provided 30 days prior to your trip departure date. In case you cancel your Bhutan or Tibet tour, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation charge. The remaining amount will remain secured with Authentic Adventures as a deposit from you. You can utilize it to book the tour with us for your next Nepal adventures. Any paid amount is non-refundable.
Incomplete Tour
In case of incomplete trek, tour or climb due to customers own reason or will, injury or sickness, foul weather or natural calamities, unexpected, unfavorable or unavoidable circumstances the trip payment is not refundable but an alternative activities can be offered with a mutual consent.
Price Change
We reserve our rights to change the total package costs for our trips due to various circumstances like drastic change in exchange rate, inflation, government actions etc.
Travel Insurance
All our clients must have a comprehensive travel insurance package to trek and climb in Nepal. The insurance must cover all the emergency medical expense, loss or theft of baggage or items, emergency evacuation etc.
Flight Delay and Cancellation
Flight delays and cancellation are likely during the bad weather condition in the remote trekking regions. Authentic Adventures will not be responsible for any flight cancellation and its effects on your outbound flights. You are kindly requested to plan accordingly.
Illegal activities
If you are involved in any kind of illegal activities defined by Nepalese Law, you shall be totally responsible for the prevailing actions and punishments by Nepal government and Authentic Adventures is not responsible for your personal behavior and unfaithful act.
