I am so grateful for all Bhuwan (Authentic Adventures) did for us. He carried professionalism on the highest possible level. He wasn't just our guide, he become one of my dearest friends. He carried for us, played cards with us, found us the best accommodation, ensured we had good food and that we were always safe.
Every part of my trip was so special. Bhuwan was really knowledgeable of every mountain, every peak, every route, every custom and tradition.
Once we finished the trek, Bhuwan took us to the jungles of Chitwan National Park. There we experienced the local culture and we had the opportunity to ride an Elephant. From there he took us to Pokhara, another amazing place.
Thank you for all you did Bhuwan. From the moment you picked us from the airport to the moment you dropped us off I knew I will have an awesome time.

Trekked to Annupurna Base Camp in October of 2013. Just can't say enough good things about this company "Authentic Adventures". Bhuwan made sure everything went smoothly for the whole team. We all felt well taken care of. His guides and porters were professional, exceptionally competent, and very kind. They went out of their way everyday to assure a wonderful vacation. Thank you Bhuwan for everything!!!

I met Bhuwan in the summer of 2005 during my time as a volunteer teacher in Kathmandu. He was warmly recommended to me by a study colleague, who told me that apart from being one of the best trekking guides in Nepal Bhuwan is also a very warm and friendly person, and great fun to hang out with. After having spent six unforgettable weeks in Nepal with Bhuwan and his friends I can say that every word of what my colleague said was true. It was a great pleasure to have met Bhuwan and now it is I who can warmly recommend him both as a superb tour guide and a very kind and genuine person.

I have been out trekking twice with Bhuwan; Annapurna Base Camp in 2011, and Tsum and Manaslu valley in 2012. On ABC, it was just Bhuwan and me; on Tsum and Manaslu, we were four: myself, a friend of mine, Bhuwan and a porter.
From our first trip, it was like trekking with a good friend. Bhuwan is very well organized, and has a great sense of humor and a genuine love of trekking. Even when I occasionally got caught up in hurrying along the trail, Bhuwan made sure to slow me up when he saw some beautiful things that I missed. We would often just stand somewhere and look quietly around, and time would stand still.
Bhuwan has a good eye for a photograph, and lots of times we just took pictures and compared shots with each other. It was really nice to come home with some good photos of myself (taken by Bhuwan), as well as pictures of all the beautiful scenery. I hope we can do another trek in the future! "

I’ve known Bhuwan Shrestha for a long time and while I don’t remember any details from the first time I went on a short trek with him I do remember him being a great guy and very knowledgeable about the surroundings and the route.
The second time I went on a trek with him, which lasted almost two weeks. Already from the beginning it felt that I was just doing a trek with a friend who happens to know the way and speak the local language than an actual guide. He tailored the trek exactly to my needs; taking me to the best and physically challenging places.
On my next journey to Nepal it’s not a question for me if I need a guide for another trek. I’m just going to ask my friend if he wants to come with me.
